SHIPPING
Coffee orders are roasted-to-order, inspected, packed in sealed bags, and shipped directly to you.
Shipping generally takes 3-5 days after processing, so you get freshly roasted coffee right at its peak of flavor.
Occasionally volume and USPS/UPS pick-up times may increase the time to shipment. Also, holidays and high volume times may impact this as well.
All domestic orders placed on our website to the 50 states may qualify for Discounted Shipping or Free Shipping. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method based on cost for all Discounted Shipping and Free Shipping orders.
- FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders for coffee purchases over $35 placed on our website to the 50 states. This is only available for orders shipped within the United States. Exclusions may apply for all major holidays. - STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer standard shipping for $4.99 on all domestic orders placed on our website to the 50 states. In order to get your packages shipped as quickly as possible, all orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment. Our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after processing.
RETURNING COFFEE
Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item. All coffee is roasted-to-order and we do not offer returns or exchanges on coffee products, unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. Any express shipping where applicable is not refunded. Express shipping is Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and other overnight or express shipping services that may have been requested by you. Ground/Standard shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
If for some reason you received damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Unfortunately we can not accept a return on roasted-to-order coffee. That being said we want you to be satisfied with our coffee and service so please reach out and let us know.
Non-Delivery for USA Address Destinations
If the item was never delivered to a USA address we will verify status through the shipment tracking number. If the tracking number shows delivery we will not refund the order total or offer a replacement. For further information on this policy please review our Terms & Conditions.
