Applicability. These terms and conditions apply between you and Sordid Coffee with respect to your purchases of products (“Products”) from SordidCoffee.com (the “Internet Purchase Page”) or any other website, catalog, marketplace or listing, either on the Internet or in print, radio, television or any other form of advertisement. These terms and conditions shall apply and not be altered without the express written permission from Sordid Coffee.

Webinars/Events Coffee Gifting Service

Minimum Registrations and Refund Policy:
At Sordid Coffee, we value your partnership and commitment to successful events. For events utilizing our coffee gifting service, a minimum of 20 registrations per webinar event is required. Please note that the fee/cost for the first 20 registrations is nonrefundable.
However, we understand that circumstances may change. In the event that the total registrations fall below 20, the remaining balance can be gifted to individuals of your choosing. This allows for a flexible and considerate approach to managing event logistics.
If the number of registrations exceeds the minimum of 20, the difference will be billed in a separate invoice on the day of the end of the webinar event.

Sales from the Internet Purchase Page are limited to Customers who are at least 13 years of age.

Shipping. Company reserves the right to select alternative carriers for shipments. Shipping charges are invoiced according to costs related to UPS, FedEx or USPS. All liability for loss passes to the customer once it leaves our warehouse, however we will honor replacement merchandise for damaged shipments after the damaged item(s) have been returned to us. Claims of non-delivery to USA addresses will be honored if no proof of delivery is offered by UPS or USPS, otherwise merchandise shall be deemed delivered. International shipments are not guaranteed and not refundable, regardless of package tracking information status, since many international deliveries are not scanned or held by customs. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the package can be delivered to their destination before placing the order.

Payment terms. Credit card is the default form of payment that will be accepted for Product orders on the Internet Purchase Page. We accept the following methods of payment: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. All orders received are subject to acceptance by Sordid Coffee in our sole discretion. All processed orders are subject to availability. Sordid Coffee is not liable for delay in product shipment. Orders submitted to us are secure through 256 bit Secure Socket Layer encryption (SSL) for security.

Time In Transit Damage Claims. Ownership of each product belongs to you, the Customer, once package is delivered or picked-up from any shipping company. Any damage or loss which occurs during transit will be covered by us unless damage or loss occurs when the package is shipped by special carrier selected by the Customer. Our standard shipping company is United States Postal Service with optional UPS which can be selected at checkout where available.

Returns. We do not accept returns for perishable items, all food/coffee sales are final. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for same or similar product. Refunds are not given for any claims.

California residents
California requires the following notice for compliance with Proposition 65:
WARNING: Chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm, including acrylamide, are present in coffee and some roasted nuts, baked goods and snack foods such as chips. Acrylamide is not added to these products, but results naturally from the roasting, baking or cooking process. The FDA has not advised people to stop consuming foods that are fried, roasted, or baked. For more information regarding the FDA’s views, visit www.fda.gov.

Limitation of Damages & Liability. Sordid Coffee is in no way liable to any Customer for any special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any claim by any third party. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of any Products, Sordid Coffee is not liable for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by Customer for the purchases under this agreement.

Reservations & Exceptions. We reserve the right to adjust pricing on products without notice. In addition we reserve the right to modify terms, specifications and the like for Products on the Internet Purchase Page or Website at any time without notice. Any errors in Product specifications, descriptions, and pricing are subject to correction by us. We also reserve the right to reject any order that is not consistent with these terms & conditions or our sales policy guidelines.

Links. Sordid Coffee has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The presence of any link does not imply endorsement by Sordid Coffee of the site. The use of any linked website is at the user’s own risk.

Governing Law. Our Website, including the Internet Purchase Page, are operated and administered by offices in the State of California, U.S.A.. This agreement and any sales hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Customer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal or state courts of the State of California, County of Riverside, for any disputes, claims or causes of action involving this Internet site, the Internet Purchase Page, or these terms & conditions. Customer and/or Website visitors agree to abide the laws of the United States and any applicable state laws. No representations are made that this Internet site, the Internet Purchase Page, or any of our Website information or materials, products or contents are appropriate or available for use outside the United States of America.
